On Saturday Mortgage intelligence celebrated the achievements of its sales force with a Gala held at the Marriott Hotel in Toronto.

Line D’Amour, Area Sales Leader had the honor of presenting the awards to her sales force in Ontario.  Teams and individuals received awards and a special award was given to Elfie Hayes of Mortgage Intelligence Oshawa in recognition of her achievements both in her industry and in her community.

Elfie joined MI in November of 2007 and since then has opened a professional office in downtown Oshawa. She has taken on 3 full time sales associates, a leasing specialist and a receptionist.  Through Mortgage Intelligence she has included an equipment leasing division to the services offered at her office.

Elfie is an industry leader in many ways.  She is known to her customers as someone who takes great care in relieving their stress while finding them the needed mortgage solutions.   Since joining Mortgage Intelligence she has increased her mortgage volumes by 200%. She and her staff are helping Canadians become homeowners more than ever.

For 15 yrs Elfie has given her time to teach and mentor local Realtors and small business owners through her many workshops.  And when Elfie isn’t growing her business and mentoring, she is networking in her community. She is an active member of the Durham Home Builders Association.  She delights in finding ways to raise money for her favorite organizations such as Denise House and Hearth Place.

Elfie prides herself in working as a full time mortgage agent and is an “Accredited Mortgage Professional’ by designation.
