The Bank of Canada increased the Prime Rate by .25% on Tuesday. That puts the Prime Lending rate at 2.75%.  Still a historic low.

The New Eco Fees announced on July 1^st, a complete surprise to consumers has caused so much havoc that the government has scrapped it!
