I am tired of renting and stand to receive approximately $10,000 back from my Income Tax.
I had credit issues in the past and tired of being ripped off by everyone wanting me to rent from them and pay their mortgage.
So I am at the point where if I can only qualify for a Rent to Lease Property to go for it.
I would appreciate working with you in order to achieve my goal by at least the end of this summer.
Thank you.
