Great News! As January comes to a close rates are steady and Economists suggest they won't begin to increase until the second half of 2010.

Our fragile economic recovery will likely see rates rise only modestly when they do later this year.

2009 saw record home sales according to TREB. It was the second highest year on record!  CMHC's projections a continued strong market  in Durham Region and the GTA for 2010.
