“Burn My Mortgage” a new television show will help homeowners understand that a mortgage is not a life sentence.

Rates are steady this week.  No increases are forecast for fixed rates at this time. It will be interesteing to see what the Bank of Canada does at the next rate set on Oct 19th. Stay tuned.
