Mortgage Intelligence Gala & Awards

On Saturday evening Mortgage intelligence celebrated the achievements of its sales force with a Gala held at the Marriott Hotel in Toronto.

Line D’Amour, Area Sales Leader had the honor of presenting the awards to her sales force in Ontario.  Teams and individuals received awards and a special award was given to Elfie Hayes of Mortgage Intelligence Oshawa in recognition of her achievements in her industry and in her community.

Elfie joined MI in November of 2007 and since then opened a professional office in downtown Oshawa. She has taken on 4 full time sales associates, Kelly Kozar, Carmela Knight, Corinna Mcknight, and now Jacalyn Cook (Receptionist).  Through Mortgage Intelligence, Elfie has added Michael Kozar to her team as Manager of the equipment leasing division at her office.

Elfie is an industry leader in many ways.  She is known to her customers as someone who takes great care in relieving their stress while finding a mortgage solutions that’s tailored to their needs.  Since joining Mortgage Intelligence she has increased her mortgage volumes by 100%. She and her staff are helping Canadians become homeowners more than ever.

Elfie has also received a prestigious award for her On-Line Excellence from the Durham Region Home Builders Association, specifiacally her State-of-the-Art website Lowrate.ca was voted one of the best mortgage resources in Durham Region. Elfie is a maverick of internet marketing.

For 15 yrs Elfie has given her time to teach and mentor local Realtors and small business owners through her many workshops.  And when Elfie isn’t growing her business and mentoring, she is networking in her community. She is an active member of the Durham Home Builders Association.  She delights in finding ways to raise money for her favorite organizations such as Denise House and Hearth Place.

Elfie prides herself in working as a full time mortgage agent and has earned her “Accredited Mortgage Professional” designation.
